Matthew Fraker is the founder and broker-in-charge of Fraker Realty, bringing over a decade of experience in the real estate industry. His background spans key roles in property management, REITs, iBuying, and general brokerage, giving him a well-rounded perspective on both traditional and institutional real estate practices.

Licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina, Matthew has received formal training in commercial, multifamily, and residential investment analysis, methodology, and negotiation strategy. In addition to brokerage, he also works in commercial appraisal and consulting, further strengthening his ability to guide clients through complex investment decisions with confidence.

Outside of real estate, Matthew lives in South Charlotte with his wife, his college sweetheart, and their dog, Maggie. They enjoy traveling, playing tennis, watching movies, and making the most of life in the Carolinas.
